hello people.. im very sad that this has all ended in an instant... but i have really enjoyed my time at SLC although it was like really tiring cause i had to wake up early everyday and reach home late.. appreciations for OT for working so long like till nearly midnight every day you're so wonderful. thanks facilitators for being so entertaining and brilliant and to be there for us.. thanks participant who made the whole thing so high :) its like i wouldn't want this to end like this.. SLC is such a cruel thing that makes people form such a close bond in four days just to break it up :( yeah anyway.. to all participants and myself : don't cry because it is over, smile because it happened :) so its really gonna be an unforgettable experience for me cause it was like the most fun i have ever had.. it's like time really passes so fast.. i'll be missing Xaria.. especially edward who would be going home to his family in australia.. i hope this has really been memorable for edward at his age of 12 and im sure he definitely would not forget us de.. :) i don't know how to describe my feeling now but its just as though you wanna cry but you just can't cry out.. anyways.. still hope to meet up with other participants and catch up! lastly.. thanks for making my SLC such a wonderful one :)

hello people thanks for reading :) today is second day of slc.. so far so good alright.. no problems.. it's reaallly fun. heh. so we had our first brainstorming session today and the second one too.. i bought my council attire during break.. yeah.. haaha. so after that we had CLUSTER MEETING. OMG TALKING ABOUT CLUSTER MEETING. well there's this guy called Anli, he doesn't really sound like he's broken his voice, but yet not girly type. i don't know what to call that. anyways, he's like our chair person. so he was chairing the whole discussion (a formal one) and he was so phucked up. we laugh. then he ding ding ding his bell and say, facs, please make sure your youth organisation is in proper decorum. no laughing is allowed. and then later what "No slouching is allowed". is like. omg the whole place damn quiet but its like everyone dam bu shuang him cause he was like omfg dictatorial? but well. there was informal session during the thing and everyone had their final straw. then we rally all the people to clap and meng cheer after informal session was over. LOL then after that when over, WE SPAMMED. guess what he did? he was like "ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding" "PLEASE MAINTAIN PROPER DECORUM!" then everyone just continue and we were laughing damn hard cause it was like you have a rebellion after a long period of supression LOL. yar and that's about it. edward really enjoyed himself too and i think everyone else did. we're having like another 2 cluster meetings tomorrow. im pretty sure we'll do more :) anyway this is our group photo :)

hello! sorry for the pictureless updates below ahaha. today is the first day of slc! :) damn sian i woke up at like 540am cause i was like suddenly nose dam itchy den keep sneezing. then like want to get runny nose like that. damn sao xing right :/ heh yar then after that went to school.. saw several familiar faces over from stnicks.. then its like i was with nick yeo right? so mr tan he was like hmm came to nick yeo and caught his ankle socks.. i was beside him with probably a little higher ankle socks and i didn't get caught. so lucky right. :D yea and anyway went to register at booth 5 and im in group XARIA. and look. we're the cool thing man. i'll take a group photo of us soon! yar our deFACto (facilitator) is Iris and omg she's so enthusiastic and fun loving. i feel lucky to get her cause gordon said most of the facilitators not fun de haha. yar anyway we had our ice breakers? it started with introduction about ourselves and then later icebreakers where we played wacko and other games.. after another round of briefing we went to marina bay for AMAZING RACE :) ya its really amazing okay. it stretches from marina bay to city hall to suntec to old supreme court im like having aching legs now larh. but our group dam cool you know. we completed much faster than other groups and we were always like 1 activity ahead! so we ended with a grand amount of : 39750 points!!! (top scorer ok both heroes and resource scores haha <- sorry no link cause its in dota :P) yar then we came back for mass games. yea i know alot of people. the people in white are the participants and orange is deFACto.


ok this guy is edward he's 12 this year. and he's from tasmania, australia. he's really fun and nice guy okay.. the interesting fact about him is that he has 10 brothers and sisters!
ya then this is some of the other group members :)
kaay so the deFACto in the mid is iris our facilitator and the other one im not too sure.. hoho.
yeah and we painted our group banner :) that marks the whole of our orientation day heh.
im really tired now and i have enjoyed myself.. now while im slacking the foreign participants still have to go to places like orchard road for night activity (shopping lol). hope we have fun in the coming few days!

Hello people. Today back in school. Umm dunno what to say.. But I do have a question to post..
Okay this is the scenario: Two classes of students are supposed to go for swimming lessons. Out of the 2 classes which consist total of over 60 people, less than 10 brings their trunks. Some failed their NAPFA, so they went to took NAPFA. Around 10+ people went to the swimming pool as well without their trunks, wheras some ponned the PE. I was one of the 10+ who went to the swimming pool. Now look, the PE teacher asked us to go to the track to run 3 rounds. However, saw that we were all in uniform but he just told us to run like about 3km? I did not run, for I told him I had stomachache today morning. So the thing that I am trying to point out is, the teacher told us to run when we were in uniform. Also, our timetable is supposed to be like 2 period of (PE/Recess). So this teacher took up 25 minutes of our recess before releasing us (he used up 40 minutes of the 1st period + this additional 25 minute in second period as well). Luckily our English teacher gave us extra recess. But this is additional, so just comment on what is mentioned above, please tag it or something because I would like to see how you guys feel about this. Thanks :) Off to mug for IHE exam tomorrow!

ohmigosh. today's last day of HCL sabbatical! so sad. haha yar it all ended it was supposed to. i do have some pictures but im lazy to post! Blehs. haha yes anyway it was really fun over the past week heh. Thanks so much to teachers and facilitators for making this sabbatical fun. I really had alot of fun and I had training just now too. Yes today's activities at the sabbatical was firstly about cultural intelligience where Mrs Giam gave us a presentation on this topic. Yes it isn't really boring. So these are the group members of mine which include Desmond (facilitator) Naifu (the one in S4 uniform) Gordon (the guy looking into something and Izumi (the one at the right) Yes then the one at the far end (left) is Mr Fong! (ex student of the school too) Okay, I saw this picture I was wondering how I got it. I realise its actually taken by Izumi when he borrowed my phone from me. Lol. That guy beside me is Ying Cong (The God!) lol i mean he's so pro in everything and we "Wang Chen Mo Ji" lol. yeah anyway umm it was during Mrs Giam's presentation I think.
TaaDaa special report! We went to the Mediacorp! Hahaha I was expecting to see some TV stars.. heh will talk more about it.
Well we actually went to Mediacorp to have a talk with the deputy CEO. He was really entertaining! Yes and after that we went to have a look at the Channel Newsasia building. You know we went in, was like an office with lots and lots of computers. There were some reporters too but most of them were out collecting information. Yes and we went to the studio which was not in use at that time. So actually these cheeky people on the screen had something to refer to! haha.
This is one of the host for the PrimeTime Morning show in Channel Newsasia. I mean he looks coool Haha.
After that we went to the radio building too and we saw some of the DJs! This is *I don't know who* from class 95 FM. I was there at 11+ so you could probably check out who were the DJs on duty.

Hello lol. I randomly thought of naming hwa chong leadership sabbatical as HCL sabbatical! :D sounds more interesting larh. ya anyway today was really omg boring. lol. we had a presentation by the facilitators about the different phases of followers and the different method a leader uses. Yea, enough of that. lol. The super duper omg fun part was we played Mafia! To those people who don't have an idea, it kinda works like the Murdurer. But if u don't know that as well, sorry then! lol. Then after that we had recess at canteen. Look I was with the facilitators. Then later some JC students came to say hi to Desmond. so we didn't know they were talking to him not us, so we wanted to test who were they talking to, and all of us moved to the next table, leaving desmond there with the JC people. and to our dismay, they were all talking to him! lol sorry desmond this is just amusing to me :D yeah and came back and stuff watch movie entitles "The Queen" ayes its kinda boring okay I was trying hard not to fall asleep because my body just told me to do so! haha anyway that was my third day.. and it was a rainy day.. had Fish Noodles at canteen before going to library and finally going home with boyang! :D so.. that's all.. i gotta go do my reflections soon.. thanks for reading :)

Hello today I woke up with a bad throat. It hurt. Then err. Went to school in a super formal corporate attire lol. Yes then later went to SAFIT where we had a very cool discussion. I think this leadership sabbatical is really getting interested as the days go by. Oh my sky. lol. hahas. Then after that umm.. went back to school, had a constructive discussion about leadership too. The other group of 20 went to some Global Marine Pte Ltd and spoke to the CEO i think. Haha so cool la. I think perhaps lets introduce dictatorship in volleyball!!! lol. Rise of a new Hitler :P yes anyway today after my sabbaticals i went to eat pork rib noodle then lol saw the VOLLEYBALL POLE. IT CRASHED AND DROPPED LOL. im seriously rofl. okay yes that's all so slacked the whole day and also finished my second day's reflection. I hope to make the best out of this sabbatical! :)

this is MAXisto miracles the narutard. lol. heard from teacher that there's a beach volleyball competition. perhaps we'd participate. so max was discussing lying in this manner.


yea after all.. today wasn't such a bad day to start with. umm had sabbaticals (hwachong leadership sabbaticals) by all the imba teachers. for example fongwy giam. lol then our group facilitator is desmond! ironically, caiyong was also in our group under him :P (Caiyong is high school council chairman while desmond is high school council vice chairman) so now you get the point right lol. haha then after that we had a 1 hour long theory presentation by jasonwong. he was talking about the different modes of leadership and styles and so on. so after that we watched movie (Remember the Titans) quite cool. just one of those good (black and white racial) movies u find in the store. so inspirational as well. hahas. that's all for today. i'll have to do some reflections now. thanks for reading and i'd end off with this copied off from the worksheet i received today:

Hello people thanks for reading. Haha today is counted as our "last day of school" because next week we will be going for sabbaticals. Sabbatical is a privilege in our school. It is about joining an external course either hosted by the school or people outside. It may be in the form of research, camps, music lessons and so on. Haha so okay.. Today I had alot of time to take pictures after school haha. How come my fonts are in blue anyways, never mind hoho. Yes, today school was quite fine with an one hour long assembly. Then we had english and i had my oral presentation about over-qualification. So, umm had some lessons then this picture was taken during RongYF's lesson look at that pile of work on Andy's table lol so hardworking, and Oh My Wei Chieh(God)! lol haha yes so they don't know doing what lol.Haha this is our class Welfare Secretary. Haha I took this picture when I called out his name. Isn't he cute lol haha after i took this picture he wanted use marker draw me lol. He's abit childish though and he has a really high pitched TONE! okay the first time he presented in class, all of us laughed at him cause his voice was really high. Perhaps he can go and join the combined choir with SCGS since our teacher says that high pitched voices (boys) are needed lol.

I hope i can learn something from there hahas. So today the whole day was quite okay la. But then i went to play soccer during second recess, came back and got a lecture from YapS lol. we were literally wet, i couldn't blame anyone. haha. then after school i went to training. then play ball awhile. jump my skipping rope haha. you know im drinking milk as regularly as i can and jumping skipping rope. i hope i really do grow taller. hahas. then i was looking at redsports just now. Thanks for reading once again. I would like to talk about school first.
First period we had Miss Teo and it was just a usual Chinese lesson.
Second period we had IHE (Integrated Humanities Elective) Geography for me.
Third period had recess.
Fourth and fifth had double Math. We learnt about Logarithm. Its so easy yet so hard.
After that we had another double chemistry. I think we are so mean to Mr Loh.
He teaches in class and we talk non-stop. I am one of the culprits too. Haha.
Tomorrow is his last lesson le, I hope he had "enjoyed" his stay with us. hoho.
Then after school we had the HSC soccer league.
Many things happened.
But after all, we won Yau Xuan (Mao Ge) team by 4-3. hahas.
